Kick2Build Community is a Boulder County, Colorado nonprofit organization that is committed to building inclusive communities and affirming diversity through sports, arts, and culture. We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as youth counsellors.

As a youth counsellor, you will have the opportunity to work with children and young adults from a variety of backgrounds. You will help them develop their social and emotional skills, build confidence, and reach their full potential. You will also play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment where young people can thrive.

To be successful as a youth counsellor, you should have a passion for working with children and young people, a strong understanding of child development, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to handle challenging situations with patience and understanding.
